1- Hello Emmanuel, can you please tell us a bit about you? 

 

I'm Oladejo Sunday Emmanuel, a professional content writer, A student of LAUTECH, Third-year student. Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering. I always loved reading books and I like politics.

 

2- What are your focus areas and why?

 

My focus areas are social skill development, cognitive development, physical development, and communication development. It's because all these help me as a student to advance my path in all my chosen areas to refine and recalibrate my academic goals. 

 

3- How would you describe your strengths in a few words? 

 

My greatest strength is paying attention to detail. I have always been detail-oriented in my work, and it's something I enjoy. 

 

4- Where do you think it’s making an impact? 

 

In all I do, especially in my daily job which is writing, I make an impact by breaking ground with new ideas. My strength encourages me to face any challenges in writing.

 

5- What is the best practice you did from your job? 

 

Writing content always. I Show a willingness to learn attitude and enthusiasm in this.

 

6- What is the hardest task you did in your job? 

 

The hardest task I did for my job as a professional content writer was the process of choosing a broad topic and narrowing it down to a thesis. And also articles rewritten by clients when I started in this field. I used to write and rewrite but with the help of God. I have been doing well. Everything I learned from this is what I hope to carry into this role with another company.

 

7- Do you think your mindset has anything to do with your success?

 

Yes, mindset is the pillar of life. If your mindset is active then you're perfectly okay. A person must first believe they are capable of doing it as long as their mindset is there. According to Carol Dweck's research, those who possess growth mindsets are more likely to be successful. Your mindset is responsible for how you determine and Achieve success.

 

8- What advice would you give to young people just starting and hoping to make it? 

 

It will be better to know what you're good at so that you will not make mistakes every time. Make sure you take training, be patient, and don't be in a hurry. Learn before you earn.

 

9- Do you find, as an expert, that you enjoy the challenge of the industry being complex with the game rules that are always changing? 

 

Yes, I do. Challenges are meant for strong comrades so it is very important to stay active always.

 

10- What do you want to see improved in this complex industry & world in the next few years? 

 

I want to see millions of companies all over the world hiring freelancers shortly. In this case, There will be employees that will set realistic timelines for meeting their goals on this platform.

 

11- And where do you see yourself in the next 5 years? 

 

I see myself as a freelancer who will be able to figure out all niches in writing and also be able to solve problems with more experience. I also see myself enhancing my leadership and management skills, developing as a mentor and supervisor, and putting myself in a position where I can lead a growing team and also want to explore and develop skills in project management.
