Let's paint a little scenario. In the usual human lifestyle, a child goes to school to acquire a certificate. After which, the child who's grown into a man or woman begins to search for a job. The search for a job is usually aimed at making money. In this case, one does not necessarily look for a job that will give him or her some sort of satisfaction or security. Most times, there is no passion from the worker whose intention is only about making money and having a source of income. There's usually no passion or personal satisfaction and conviction about one's job. This trend has continued from the very beginning of human existence and there's been nothing done to eliminate it. The sad part here is that individuals who make up the working population are doing nothing about this ugly trend. A lot of persons have had to quit their jobs due to health challenges stemming from excess working activities with no job satisfaction attached. Some get displaced from their jobs after suffering bodily injury. The list goes on and on. A physical job setting involves workers who do their jobs grumbling and this has led to an increasing number of frustrated workers working with difficult and inconsiderate bosses.

There comes the big question which is, what is the way forward? How do we overcome this problem and bring an end to this ugly trend?I

have a solution and that's the reason behind this article. The simple solution in today's world is "freelance" and you must try to get it right. Freelance has come to take away the dissatisfaction, stress and unhappiness that come with physical jobs. The actual reason behind this article is to correct the impression so many of you are already having about freelancing. We already know that freelance is a big source of making money and earning more income. The most interesting thing about freelancing is that you stand the chance of earning in foreign currencies but you must never mistake freelance for a mere money making venture.

While money is essential, the most important aspect of freelancing is actually not money. Money is what physical jobs offer basically and if freelancing should be offering exactly the same, then what becomes the difference between freelance and the usual physical jobs? Money is good but freelance offers a lot more and that's what you should look out for.

The most important aspect of freelancing is the passion and not the money. How? The reality is that people are running away from physical, jobs not because they are not being paid but simply because they have become tired of the rat race that is associated with physical jobs. You return home late in the night and you'd have to leave for work very early the next day. You just keep doing the same thing every day and it becomes very monotonous, tiring, cumbersome and unsatisfying. The most annoying part is that, most times one has to settle for a job he or she does not enjoy doing all to make ends meet.

Freelance is here to save you from the hellish situation physical jobs have created. But you must not make the same mistakes again. You must develop passion for freelancing in order to make the most of the opportunities it has in store for you. Having passion for freelancing is the most important aspect because when you are passionate about what you do, you'd develop more emotional attachment to it. Also, it will help you make more money, enjoy the comfort and grasp all the available opportunities.

Why should you concentrate on the passion side of freelancing?

Why should you be passionate about Freelancing instead of just going for the money?

Well, I will give you valid reasons to back up the claim that the passion side of freelancing is the most important. I will also make you understand why you have to be passionate about freelancing. Let's look at the following points.

1.Comfort

You can only get comfort from the job you do when you are passionate about it. Freelance offers the greatest comfort in the world but you can only enjoy this comfort to the fullest when developing a deep passion for freelance. A successful freelancer is one who is enjoying maximum comfort from what he or she does and this comfort comes only from passion; passion for freelancing. Freelancing is one job you get to do from the comfort of your home sitting behind your system. You don't have to wake up so early and start preparing to go to work. You have the luxury of enjoying your sleep and whenever you're ready to work, you can be working while sipping a hot coffee. Now that's the perfect definition of comfort! Freelancing is an opportunity to live a comfortable life while making money. You do not have to kill yourself in a bid to make money. You rather get to make so much money and in foreign currencies too and you will do this while enjoying all the comfort you can afford. All thanks to freelancing.

2. Job satisfaction

Where there is comfort, there will be job satisfaction. This is the truest statement anyone can ever tell you. When you are enjoying comfort in your job, you'd get satisfied. Money cannot give you comfort but freelancing does. The good thing here is that freelancing gives you both comfort and money. When you are able to enjoy this level of comfort, it means that you'd be completely happy and satisfied with your job. In physical jobs, job satisfaction is absent because people most times engage in activities they do not enjoy just because it is available and of course to earn a living. Freelance goes beyond giving you money but provides you comfort which in turn, gives you job satisfaction. This is one reason you must develop passion for freelancing as the most important aspect. Once you're passionate about freelancing, you'd enjoy more comfort in doing the job and that will eventually lead to job satisfaction. This is one thing you must be on the lookout for.

3. More money

You can agree with me that money is also important but the reality is that money should not be your reason for going into freelance. Money comes last in this grouping. This is how it works. When you as a freelancer are passionate about freelancing, you'd get to enjoy more comfort in doing the job. This comfort that comes from having passion for freelancing will eventually result in job satisfaction. It is not rocket science but the most honest truth. Once you are doing your job comfortably, you'd begin to enjoy the highest level of job satisfaction. This job satisfaction will finally lead to more money. Doing your job happily will make you come up with new ways to do it and by doing so, you'd stand the chance to make even more money from your job.

Now we have come to the end of this article. It's good to know something new and when it comes to freelance, we are in a continuous process of learning. Don't ever assume you know it all. Be open to learning and mind you, take the passion aspect of freelancing very seriously. Being a passionate freelancer will give you the greatest comfort and with that comfort comes job satisfaction. When you are completely happy and satisfied with your job, you'd make a lot more money. If you found this article helpful, please do well to leave a comment using the comment box below.
